Please join us for a guided tour through the wonderful world of audio books presented by Ms. Susan Versen, Head of Reference, and Ms. Kristin Noell, Reference Librarian, from the Massanutten Regional Library in Harrisonburg. They will guide us through the ins and outs of checking out an MRL audio book and downloading it directly to your device – whether it’s a cell phone, computer, or a reader – Nook or Kindle. It’s a wonderful way to expand the options available for you to “read” and you can use it while you are outside, walking in our new “Vitality Center”, or sitting in your favorite chair at home. And since these audio books are “loaned” to you by the library – no fines or fees! Susan and Kristin will also be able to help anyone with downloading books from the library to read on their devices as well. Handouts will be provided for downloading both audio books and e-books.

So, plan on joining us on the 18th for an informative session, learn a new skill and take advantage of another way to add to your reading enjoyment – free of charge!
