Over 20 land and aquatic group fitness classes designed to improve individual functional ability, balance, agility, and overall fitness are offered weekly. Aspects of wellness exercise programming include:

  • Various land and aquatic group exercise classes
  • Incorporation of Tai Chi and Ai Chi movements
  • Mind and Body classes including Chair Yoga
  • Swimming
  • Fitness Testing
  • Water Walking
  • One-on-one land or aquatic exercise sessions
  • Group and individual cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training
  • Functional balance improvement training
  • Individualized exercise prescriptions
