Come join us on a journey to Tibet!  On Thursday, April 14th Mary and Bernie Smith will present a story in photographs of their journey to the highest Himalayas.  They trekked across mountains and valleys to the first base camp of Mt Everest with Peter Hillary, son of the legendary Edmund Hillary, as their guide.  This was a demanding journey to small villages and mountain monasteries, and required acclimating to the altitude before reaching 19,600 feet.  You won't want to miss this!  Bernie and Mary will present this live at 1:00 on April 14th in the Allegheny Room.
