From Iran to Hungary
Please join us on Thursday, July 8th at 1:00 in the Allegheny Room (Highlands) when Jim and Edie Hanscom will present a slideshow on a trip they took in 2015 from Tehran (Iran) to Budapest (Hungary). Their itinerary crossed Turkey, Bulgaria, and Romania, and along the way they had to cross the Turkish border where the Kurds had been warring with the Turks for hundreds of years.
